How long is the challenge?
The challenge is designed to last 4 weeks, beginning Monday, August 7th, and includes 3 workouts each week as well as a personalized nutrition plan and access to our app.
Can I repeat the program?
YES! At the end of the program, you can start back at the beginning and repeat it as many times as you'd like. With access to our app, you'll always be able to access your workout history so you can keep challenging yourself.
Who created the workouts?
The entire 4 week program was designed by our very own Director of Training, Jessica Corkin, MS.
What equipment do I need?
No gym, no problem! This challenge was designed with home exercisers in mind and uses minimal equipment.
